Biraj Nakarja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, digital testing, and executive leadership. Currently serving as the Head of QA and Digital Testing at Livestock Information Ltd and holding multiple roles at Raffolux, including Non Executive Director and Interim Chief Operating Officer, Biraj has a strong impact in fundraising efforts that have raised nearly £700,000 for charities. As the Founder and Certified Gallup Strengths Coach at Innate Compass, Biraj assists individuals and teams in maximizing their potential during periods of change. Additional roles include Executive Coach in Residence at Canopy Community and Co-Owner and Director at Code Ninjas, fostering innovation in education through technology.
