Dylan Cox started their work experience as a Support Technician at Genesis Adaptive in July 2012. This role lasted until November 2012. In 2015, they joined Xytronix Research and Design as a Technical Support and Production employee, where they worked until June 2017. From June 2017 to September 2019, Dylan worked as a Conference Operator at Goldman Sachs. After that, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineer at the same company, where they worked until June 2021. Currently, Dylan is working as a Back End Developer at Canopy, starting from June 2021.

Dylan Cox completed an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Utah State University from 2015 to 2017. Dylan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Western Governors University from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dylan obtained several certifications, including Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate from Oracle in June 2019, ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in April 2019, CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in September 2018, User Interface Designer from CIW in May 2018, HTML5 and CSS3 Specialist from CIW in February 2018, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in May 2018.
