Tony Bader has over 15 years of professional experience in various roles, such as Director of Product and Program Management at Canoe Ventures, Director of Innovation, Strategy, and Delivery at Colorado Department of Revenue, Director of Video Systems Operations at Charter Communications, Co-Founder/Managing Director at Solve Climbing, and Project Coordinator at Klein Buendel. Tony has also held positions as a Senior Research Analyst at McCullough Research, Research Assistant II at Oregon Health and Science University, and Sr. Administrative Specialist at Portland Development Commission. Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated expertise in managing large projects, conducting research and analysis, and supporting start-up operations.
Tony Bader earned a certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Colorado Denver, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. Tony also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Research and Experimental Psychology from Oregon State University, and has completed coursework in Analytical Research Methods and Design at the University of Montana.
