Hester Lange has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hester started their career in 2011 as an intern at Africa SOMA, where they taught English, assisted in opening a library, and conducted qualitative research on the impact of the NGO's scholarship programs. In 2012, they joined AIESEC the Netherlands as a Vice President Incoming Exchange, responsible for raising internships and receiving foreign trainees. Hester also served as a Foreign Affairs Manager for the Nour Project, promoting mutual understanding between the Western and Arab world.
In 2014, Hester worked as a Consultant Intern at Deloitte, where they conducted their master's research and assisted consultants on different external projects. Hester then joined AIESEC the Netherlands as part of the National Support Team, managing key accounts and acquiring national partners for incoming exchanges. Hester continued their academic journey by working as a Student Assistant at the Universiteit Utrecht under Dr. van Liere.
In 2015, Hester embarked on a Management Traineeship at Pon, which consisted of four different projects at four different Pon operating companies. Hester worked on projects at Gazelle, A-point SKODA, Equipment Depot in Houston, and SKODA in Leusden. After completing the traineeship, they became a Product Manager and later a Senior Product Manager for SEAT at Pon Automotive. Their responsibilities included managing product portfolios and overseeing product launches.
In 2020, Hester joined Pon as a Business Assistant to the CEO, providing support and assistance in various business matters. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing Europe at Cannondale, where they utilize their expertise to drive marketing strategies and initiatives.
Throughout their career, Hester has demonstrated their ability to adapt and succeed in different roles, industries, and projects. Hester has developed skills in marketing, business development, project management, and research.
Hester Lange completed their Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology at University College Utrecht from 2008 to 2011. Hester then pursued a Pre-master degree in Arbeids- en Organisatie Psychologie at Utrecht University, which they completed in 2012. Following this, Hester obtained their Master's degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from Utrecht University between 2013 and 2014.
