Daniel Ager has been working in the business world since 2003. Daniel began their career as the Executive Director of the California Public Education Foundation and then went on to found Art Behind Walls in 2008. In 2012, they took on the role of Owner of Spring Pots, and in 2016 they became Co-Founder of both CannaVerse Solutions and Grab the Carrot. Throughout their career, Ager has been involved in a variety of projects, from pioneering products and services in the cannabis industry to helping bring light to the often forgotten victims of incarceration.

Daniel Ager began their educational journey in 1994 when they attended the University of California, Davis, studying Plant Genetics. Daniel then attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology with a focus on Cell Developmental Biology. During this time, they also studied Biologia at the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 1997 to 1998.
