Kim Christmas has held various roles in the human resources and communications field. Kim was the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Communications Officer at CannabisBPO from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they held the same position at PharmaCentra from 2014 to 2018. Kim also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Communications Officer at Concentra Solutions from 2014 to present. Earlier in their career, they were an ERISA Paralegal at Hill, Ward & Henderson from 2007 to 2014 and the Director of PEO Services at American Pension Services, Inc. from 2001 to 2006.

Kim Christmas has a B.A. degree in Business Management, International Business, and Finance from Eckerd College. Kim has also obtained additional certifications, including Youth Leadership Facilitator from the University of Georgia - Institute for Leadership Advancement, Georgia Academy for Regional Economic and Leadership Development from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Leadership Sumter from the Sumter County Chamber of Commerce (GA), Qualified Plan Administrator from ASPPA, Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent from the Internal Revenue Service, and Florida Registered Paralegal from The Florida Bar.
