Aisha Ibrahim is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Canlis Restaurant since April 2021. Aisha previously held the position of Sous Chef at Manresa Restaurant and worked as Chef de Cuisine at Aziamendi Restaurant from July 2015 to July 2023. Aisha holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the California Culinary Academy, where education was completed from 2006 to 2008.
