Lauren Soules has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lauren currently holds the position of Director of Ecommerce at Cangshan Cutlery Company, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at WÃœSTHOF USA, Inc., where they served as a Sales Account Director from April 2019 to September 2021. Before that role, they held positions as Major Account Sales from April 2014 to March 2019, Sales and Marketing Assistant from March 2011 to March 2014, and Customer Service Representative from May 2009 to February 2011. In 2008, they worked as an Independent Documentary Filmmaker at Roadtrip Nation, where they received a grant from PBS to film a documentary on career paths and interviewed notable individuals such as Chris Johns, National Geographic Editor in Chief, and "Rhett & Link," popular YouTube stars.
Lauren Soules earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Greenwich High School from 2000 to 2004 for their high school education. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications, including Outlook Essential Training, Shopify Ecommerce for Marketers, Excel Essential Training, Microsoft Teams Essential Training, Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, and Embracing Unexpected Change, from various institutions such as LinkedIn.
