Bacall Sterling has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Social Media Manager at Candor in 2023. In this role, Bacall conducted research on current trends and audience preferences and designed and implemented social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Prior to that, Bacall worked at Amazon as a Central Flow Lead from September 2019 to December 2022.

Before joining Amazon, Bacall served as a Program Coordinator at Microsoft through Allegis Global Solutions from June 2018 to September 2019.

Bacall's earliest work experience was as a Student Athlete at Colorado Mesa University, starting in 2013 and continuing until 2017.
