Ilya Agron has over 18 years of work experience. Ilya began their career in 2001 as a Software Developer and Designer for the IDF, where they worked with C#, Java, SQLServer, Oracle, Sharepoint, ASP. NET, etc. for six years. In 2006, they joined Softier as a Software Developer. In 2007, they became an Entrepreneur and Tech Lead at Self Employed. From 2009 to 2017, they served as the CEO of Funtomic, a data driven entertainment platform and game company. During their time as CEO, they refocused the company, restructured operations, represented the company during buyout negotiations, and crafted the company culture. In 2017, Funtomic was acquired by Azerion (Orange Games), Amsterdam. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Candivore and the CTO and Co-Founder at FinState.
Ilya Agron received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Management & Economics from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Shevah Mofet from 1995 to 2000.
