YounJin Lee currently serves as the Lead of Finance at Candela Medical since January 2022, overseeing overall management of finance functions including accounting, budgeting, tax, and human resource management, as well as global reporting and legal compliance. Previously, YounJin held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Havas from April 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing finance, HR, IT, and administration, along with global reporting and business process improvements. Prior experience includes roles at GE Healthcare and GE Capital Korea focused on financial planning, analysis, and capital market strategy. YounJin's career began at Macquarie Capital Korea, specializing in client and investor relationship management. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Seoul National University and an Advance Diploma in Business from RMIT University.
