Bayli Mahler currently serves as the Director of Operations at Candela Technology since February 2024. Prior to this role, Bayli worked at Acorn: The Influence Company from August 2021 to March 2024, holding positions as Associate Director of Client Success and Account Supervisor in Client Success. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing & Brands Manager at Dorel Home from May 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing communications with Walmart and overseeing product merchandising. Bayli also served as Brand Manager at Lauren James from March 2018 to May 2019, where leadership in brand development and execution of marketing campaigns was crucial. Previous roles include Creative Director at Love, Hope & Cure and Shipping Manager at Riffraff - ShopRiffraff.com. Bayli holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Arkansas and participated in a study abroad program focused on Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography.
