Aubrey Baillie is the Chief Operating Officer at CanDeal. Prior to this role, Baillie was a Co-Founder at The Leadership Wellness Group, where they worked with a team of executives and wellness experts to prioritize health and wellbeing. Baillie also served as a Negotiator/Facilitator/Builder at Agile Ground, CFO at CanDeal, CFO at Ziplocal, and VP Finance & CFO at CanDeal. With a background in corporate finance and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Baillie has a strong track record in financial management and strategic relationships.
