Lewis Kittle has a varied work experience, starting in 2013 as a Conservation Volunteer at the National Library of Wales. In 2015, they became a Visitor Engagement & Marketing Assistant at MOSTYN GALLERY LIMITED. From 2017 to 2021, Kittle worked as a Visual Merchandiser at TU Clothing, a Visitor Engagement at Chester Cathedral, an Exhibition Assistant at Liverpool Cathedral, and a Customer Success Manager at CANDDi (Campaign and Digital Intelligence Limited). In each role, they were responsible for tasks such as engaging visitors, installing and dismantling displays, curating exhibitions, and researching marketing techniques.

Lewis Kittle attended Manchester School of Art from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master's degree in Curating. Prior to that, they attended Aberystwyth University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
