Mohamed Magdy's work experience spans over a decade, with various roles in different companies. Mohamed started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at BadrIT in 2010. Mohamed then worked as a Software Engineer (part-time) at BadrIT from January 2011 to July 2011. After that, they continued as a Software Engineer at BadrIT from November 2011 to June 2013.

In 2013, Mohamed joined SumUp as a Ruby Developer from August 2013 to October 2014. Later in 2014, they joined Fyber as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until December 2017.

In 2012, Mohamed co-founded Lienzo, a company where they worked as a Founder and Ruby on Rails Developer. Mohamed continues to be associated with this role.

Mohamed'smost recent work experience is with Smartfrog&Canary, where they started in 2018. Mohamed initially joined as a Senior Data Engineer from January 2018 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Data Manager, starting from April 2022.

Mohamed Magdy began their education at El-Nasr Boys School, where they completed their High School education from 1999 to 2006. Mohamed then went on to attend Alexandria University from 2006 to 2011, earning a Distinction in Computer and Systems Engineering. After completing their undergraduate degree, Mohamed pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Alexandria University from 2011 to 2013, but did not complete the degree.
