Paolo Gatto has held various roles throughout their work experience. Paolo started their career in 2006 at Verizon, where they served as a Senior Sales Representative until 2008. Paolo then became a Solutions Manager until 2015 and later transitioned to a Business Account Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Paolo worked at KeyBank as a Small Business Advisor and Branch Manager. Paolo then moved to Citizens in 2020, working as a Business Banking Relationship Manager until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust, starting in August 2023.

Paolo Gatto has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Bellevue University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Their field of study was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Bryant & Stratton College - Henrietta from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Aside from their formal education, Paolo Gatto also holds additional certifications. In January 2023, they obtained a certification as a Community Ambassador from Citizens. In April 2019, they became a Key 4 Women Certified Advisor, which they obtained from KeyBank.
