Justin Metzger is an experienced operational leader specializing in manufacturing excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as Operational Excellence Manager at Canam Steel Corporation since January 2020, Justin has supported multiple plants across the United States, implemented the company's first S&OP process, and led initiatives that significantly increased EBITDA performance. Previously, as Plant Manager at Canam, effective safety measures reduced TRIF from 12 to 3.5, while responsibilities at EnTrans International LLC included overseeing manufacturing, safety, and maintenance, achieving a TRIR of less than 1.7.
