Cynthia (Qiufan) Chen is an accomplished research manager at Canalys since June 2019, following a role as an analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a business analyst at 上海宏原信息科技有限公司 from September 2017 to May 2019 and an HR intern at the Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce from October 2013 to December 2014, where significant contributions included improving customer relationship management and database management. Cynthia holds a Master’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Northern Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
