David Ersland has extensive experience in sales and management within the beverage industry, currently serving as Regional Market Manager at Founders Brewing Co. since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing relationships with wholesalers and implementing growth plans. Prior to this role, David worked as a Field Sales Manager at Founders Brewing Co., promoting sales and achieving distribution goals. David gained significant experience at Ben E. Keith Beverages from April 2007 to August 2017 as an On Premise Sales Representative, achieving market dominance and earning three promotions in under a year. Earlier, from February 2013 to May 2014, David held the position of Head Foreign Teacher at Meten International Education Group, managing the foreign teacher department and collaborating on product development. David earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2009.
