Richard Spencer is an experienced Regional Project Delivery Manager at Canal & River Trust, overseeing a team of Project Managers to implement a complex works program across the North West and Yorkshire & North East regions since November 2012. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions including Project Team Manager and Operational Contracts Manager, specializing in major works programs for the North West region. Previous experience includes key roles at APA Concrete Repairs, Structural Systems Ltd / Hevilifts, British Waterways, and Mabey Support Systems Ltd, where Richard contributed to project engineering and contract management efforts. Richard holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
