Peter Obor is an experienced project manager currently working at Canal & River Trust since September 2022, focusing on project development in the West Midlands region through collaboration with various stakeholders. Previously, Peter served as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Bilaad Realty from October 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included standardizing project processes and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Before that, a role was held as the Head of the Construction Planning & Cost Management Unit at Brains and Hammers, overseeing project planning and cost management. Peter also took on roles as Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing day-to-day site operations to assisting in project documentation. Earlier career experience includes a graduate trainee position as a Process Engineer at Kohasa Engineering Company Limited. Peter holds a Master of Science in Construction Project and Cost Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt.
