Pierre Ducasse is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public sector communications and engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer at the Canadian Union of Public Employees since July 2010, Pierre has also held roles such as an author for VLB éditeur in March 2013, contributing the book "Livre Pour une économie démocratique," and a consultant at Imagination solutions during 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Advisor on Quebec to Jack Layton at the Parliament of Canada from February 2005 to August 2009 and as Director at the Table nationale des Corporations de développement communautaire from September 1998 to June 2003. Pierre holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Government from Université Laval, complemented by studies at Cégep de Sainte-Foy and Cégep de Sept-Iles.
