Ousmane Alkaly, CPA-CMA, currently serves as an Administrator at the Centre intégré de santé et des services sociaux de l'Outaouais (CISSSO) since November 2021 and as the Manager of the Financial Evaluation Division at the Canadian Transportation Agency since April 2017. Previously, Ousmane held board member responsibilities at Caisse Desjardins de Hull-Aylmer from May 2019 to April 2021 and served as a Policy Advisor at Transport Canada from April 2009 to April 2017, focusing on financial analysis, regulatory proposals, and stakeholder collaboration. Ousmane's education includes a Master of Laws in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Chartered Professional Accountant designation, an MBA in Accounting and Business/Management, and various degrees in finance and project management from multiple institutions, alongside a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Ottawa.
