Srividya Sekar is a Senior Operations Research & Data Scientist at Canadian Tire Corporation, specializing in optimizing outbound DC picking and store order shipping using Python and CPLEX. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at Trinity River Authority of Texas, where statistical analysis was conducted on climate patterns affecting water supply management, and as a PhD Candidate at The University of Texas at Arlington, where a novel optimization algorithm for machine learning was developed.
