Andrea Miller is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, coaching, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Communications and Community Engagement Coordinator at Ontario Sailing, Andrea implements communication strategies and leads diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Manager of the Advanced Coaching Diploma at Canadian Sport Institute Ontario and multiple managerial positions at Row Ontario focused on coach and umpire development pathways. Andrea's teaching experience includes roles with Hamilton Wentworth District School Board and Havergal College, alongside contributions to various sports organizations. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from McMaster University.
