Ignacio Mesalles is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in solar energy management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Key Account Manager for LATAM at Canadian Solar Inc. since November 2020, Ignacio has played a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions. In addition to this position, Ignacio holds the title of Vice President on the Board of Directors for Asociación Costarricense de Energía Solar, contributing to the advancement of solar energy use in Costa Rica. Previous roles include leadership positions with YUXTA Energy, MegaSolar, and various project management and consulting roles related to renewable energy. Ignacio's educational background includes degrees from Tecnológico de Monterrey and The University of Queensland, coupled with certification as an Energy Manager from Cámara de Industrias de Costa Rica.
