Stephen MacKay is a seasoned HR professional and volunteer Canada Ski Patroller with extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Sr. Employee Relations Partner and Senior HR Business Partner at SAP since June 2012, Stephen plays a key role in leadership consulting, curriculum development, and compliance management, while actively contributing to various initiatives, including the "Autism @ Work" project. Prior to SAP, Stephen held several positions at ATB Financial from 2002 to 2012, where responsibilities included leading HR teams, managing employee engagement projects, and assessing talent strategies. Early career experience includes a leadership role at CIBC. Stephen holds a BA in Social Sciences from Concordia University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Calgary, and is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.
