Patrick Lamoureux is a Senior Analyst at the CRTC since August 2019 and has also served as a Part-Time Professor of Criminology at the University of Ottawa since January 2019. Patrick holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD, ABD) in Criminology, a Master of Arts (MA) in Criminology, and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology, all obtained from the University of Ottawa between 2005 and 2017.
