Alexander Ly is a Legal Counsel at CRTC since July 2014, specializing in regulatory and transactional matters across the wireless, wireline, Internet, cable, media, and satellite sectors. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Law Student at Norton Rose Fulbright, where skills in file management, research, and legal writing were developed, with a focus on corporate, employment, and intellectual property law. Alexander Ly holds a JD from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, augmented by exchange studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a summer program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, Alexander Ly earned a Master of Electronic Commerce from Dalhousie University and a BA in Law with a minor in Psychology from Carleton University.
