Lisa Mineo has over 14 years of experience in the health benefits and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Benefits and Pension at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories since September 2015. Prior roles include Benefits and Pension Consultant at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, Benefits Specialist at AECL, and Manager of Health Benefits at the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association. Additionally, Lisa held the position of Manager of Reimbursement Services at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network, where responsibilities included managing operations and training a team of 15 specialists supporting patient reimbursement programs. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Group Service Representative at AIG Life of Canada. Lisa Mineo holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Cultural Studies from Trent University.
