Allison Friesen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Princess Auto Ltd. since January 2019. In this role, Allison leads full cycle recruitment processes for various leadership positions, provides HR guidance across multiple provinces, and drives HR initiatives to align with business needs. Prior to this, Allison held multiple roles at Pet Valu, including Assistant Manager, District Sales Manager & Franchise Consultant for Western Canada, and Store Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations, recruitment, training, and performance management. Allison's educational foundation was established at Red River College Polytechnic from 2015 to 2018.
