Rebecca Chartrand is an accomplished leader in education and Indigenous strategy, currently serving as a Board Member at the Canadian Museum of Nature and President of the Indigenous Strategy Alliance. With a strong background in educational administration, Rebecca has held significant roles such as Member of the Board of Directors for the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba and Vice President of Programs and Student Support at Indspire. Previous positions include Division Principal and Anti-Racism Lead for Seven Oaks School Division and Executive Director at Red River College, where notable achievements included developing an Indigenous achievement strategy and establishing a $1.4 million bursary fund. With a deep commitment to Indigenous education, Rebecca's experience encompasses policy development, program implementation, and strategic leadership within various educational institutions, supported by dual degrees from the University of Manitoba in Educational Leadership and Administration and Education.
