Jennifer B. currently serves as the Standards and Guidelines Project Coordinator at the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Technical Writer/User Assistance Developer Intern at SAP from July 2019 to November 2020, where responsibilities included writing and updating documentation in accordance with SAP standards and collaborating with senior writers and subject-matter experts on various documentation for diverse audiences. Jennifer B. holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earned in 2017.
