Helga Wybrow, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Labour Relations at Canadian General Tower since November 2013. Helga has held various roles within the company, including Labour Relations Manager and Production Manager. Prior to this, positions included part-time faculty at Conestoga College and Human Resources Manager at Brose, as well as Director of Human Resources & Sustainability at A.O. Smith WPC Canada. Previous experience includes human resources managerial roles at Johnson Controls Automotive and HR and Admin Manager at Jefferson Elora Corporation. Helga holds a Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and Sheridan College.
