Sandra Kendall has extensive experience in corporate governance and administration, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Corporate Secretary at The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS) since November 2006, and also holding the position of Secretary at TSX Trust and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC) since February 2017 and May 2015, respectively. Previously, Sandra held roles as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Secretary to the Board at CDS from 1997 to 2006. Sandra holds a Diploma in Administration Studies from Centennial College and has completed education at David and Mary Thomson Collegiate Institute.
