Jeanne Ye has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in financial management. Jeanne started their career as a Controller at ViXS Systems Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Jeanne then joined EPICOR Software Corporation, Solarsoft Business Systems as a Controller, Group Finance from 2008 to 2011, where they managed financial reporting, cash flow, and external reporting.

Jeanne also worked as a Chief Financial Officer at CKR Global from 2011 to 2013, where they oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and provided guidance to divisional leaders. Jeanne later joined Horizon Occupational Health Solutions Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Jeanne served in various financial roles at Canadian Dental Services. Jeanne started as the Vice President Finance and was responsible for supporting dentists across Canada. Later, they were promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer.
