Stan Yu is an experienced research and communications professional with a diverse background in both academic and applied research contexts. Currently serving as the Research and Communications Coordinator at the Canadian Centre for the Study of Co-operatives since March 2020, Stan supports funding proposal development and manages day-to-day communication activities. Concurrently, as a Freelance Research and Program Evaluation Specialist for the University of Saskatchewan, Stan provides comprehensive research support, program evaluation, and project coordination across multiple projects. Previous roles include Survey Research Manager at The Social Sciences Research Laboratories, Research Associate at The International Centre for Northern Governance and Development, and Sessional Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Saskatchewan. Stan holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan, obtained between 2002 and 2012.
