Jim Tolmie, PA, CCAC, is an experienced addiction counsellor currently serving as an Online Addiction Counsellor for the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation since April 2021. In addition to this role, Jim Tolmie has been self-employed since August 2020, providing behavioural addiction and addiction counselling services. Prior experience includes working as a Physician Assistant at Family Medical Clinic in Kitchener from May 2016 to September 2019, and at Dr. R’s Chronic Pain Clinic from September 2011 to 2013. Jim Tolmie holds a Diploma in Behavioural Addiction & Addiction Counselling Skills from Emmanuel Bible College, completing studies there between 2019 and 2020.
