From there, they moved on to Web Business Technologies where they served as the Chief Technology Officer. In 2002, they joined CanadaDirect, initially as the Chief Information Officer and later as the Chief Information and Operations Officer. During their time at CanadaDirect, they played a crucial role in transforming and supporting businesses through contact center solutions and digital marketing services. In 2018, they became an Executive Council Member at SINC USA. Overall, Hadi Tchekiken, PhD has demonstrated expertise in information technology, operations management, and executive leadership.

Hadi Tchekiken earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
