Nancy Hassert possesses extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Cabin Crew with Porter Airlines Inc. and Canada Jetlines since 2022, and previously as a Lead Flight Attendant and Inflight Instructor with Swoop. Starting their career in customer service at Holiday Inn Express in 2015, Nancy has developed strong customer service skills across various roles, including work as a Cosmetician at Rexall Pharma Plus. Previous positions also include Flight Attendant at CanJet Airlines and Assistant Manager at HMV Canada, where responsibilities encompassed strategic consulting, inventory control, and staff training.
