Ramona Caporicci is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various well-known companies. Since October 2016, Ramona has held the role of Vice President, Wholesale and Stores, North America at Canada Goose, following previous tenures as Vice President of Stores and Senior Director of Retail. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Retail Experience at Indigo from June 2015 to September 2016, and as Vice President of Retail and Marketing at Aveda from September 2008 to 2013, where Ramona was responsible for the retail strategy and operations of Aveda Canada. Additional significant roles at Aveda included Executive Director of Marketing and Communications and Executive Director of Retail Operations, overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives and retail store openings across Canada. Early career experience includes the position of Store Manager at The Walt Disney Company, contributing to the launch of The Disney Store concept in Canada. Ramona holds a degree from the University of Toronto.
