Agustín Curia is currently serving as Project Leader - Innovación at Camuzzi since March 2023, focusing on process reengineering through technological implementation and managing innovation projects using agile methodologies. Responsibilities include economic tracking of projects, budget management, progress reporting to the board, KPI and dashboard creation, functional requirements definition, scope variation identification, stakeholder management, user training on new technologies, and internal coordination across various departments. Previously, Agustín worked as Supervisor de proyectos at First Systems from March 2021 to April 2023 and as Ingeniero en Construcciones at MetroGAS between November 2018 and March 2021. Agustín's academic background includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and ongoing studies for an Executive MBA at Universidad de 'San Andrés', along with an Executive Program in Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
