Jim Eichholz has a solid background in sales and business development. Jim is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Camus Energy since November 2022. Prior to this, they were an Account Manager at Impact Networking, LLC from December 2021 to November 2022.

Before that, Jim worked as a Planned Giving Consultant at Giving Docs from April 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they established and maintained relationships with non-profit organizations, resulting in key partnerships and generating over $300K in recurring revenue. Jim also managed end-to-end sales processes and focused on growing a profitable pipeline.

Jim also served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Qmulus LLC from February 2019 to April 2020. Here, they developed pre-market sales and marketing strategies, generated pre-market revenue, increased brand awareness, and represented the organization at clean energy conferences.

Prior to that, Jim was a Field Director at Rich Eichholz for Congress from August 2017 to February 2019. In this role, they managed a team of staff and volunteers, targeted and tracked voters and donors using data resources, and mapped canvassing routes for maximum impact.

Jim began their career at Paylocity, where they held multiple roles. Jim started as a National Sales Representative from September 2013 to April 2015, during which they excelled in cold calling techniques and booked appointments exceeding their quota. Jim then became a District Sales Manager from April 2015 to August 2017, where they oversaw the management of the southern Indiana district and coached inside sales representatives.

Jim Eichholz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emory University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in July 2021.
