Libby Balsiger has a diverse background in various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Brand Strategist at ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen. Libby then joined Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2001, where they served as a Marketing Consultant before becoming a Regional Team Leader, responsible for HR, Training, and Development. During their time at Chipotle, they implemented grassroots marketing strategies and created bilingual training and leadership development programs. Libby also played a significant role in improving employee promotions and reducing turnover.

In 2018, Libby joined Playfull as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, and later took on the role of Head of Marketing. At Playfull, they contributed to the company's growth and success in these areas.

In 2017, Libby founded Chica Communications Co., where they helped companies with marketing efforts, employee training, and development, and promoted socially-conscious initiatives.

Libby's most recent experience includes working at CAMPVS as a Co-Founder, where they helped build an app for young creatives to learn, earn money, and showcase their talent. Libby was also a Member of the Board of Advisors at CAMPVS. Additionally, Libby served as the Head of Marketing (Interim) at Greenleaf Kitchen & Cocktails in 2021.

Libby Balsiger has a diverse education history. Libby attended the University of Colorado Boulder and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BA - Spanish Language and Literature, as well as BA - Communication. Libby then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development and Leadership Studies at the University of San Francisco, graduating in 2005.

Libby also studied Spanish Language, Art, and Literature at both the Universidad de Guadalajara and the Universidad de Sevilla, although no specific degree was mentioned.

In terms of additional certifications, Libby became a Myers Briggs (MBTI) Instructor in April 2009 through CPP, Inc. Libby also obtained certification as an ESL Instructor in September 2006 from Bridge Linguatec.
