Rafael Matos, PhD, SMS serves as a Lecturer at Northwestern University Medill School, focusing on strategic messaging within the Integrated Marketing Communications Program. With extensive experience in educational and leadership roles, Rafael has held various positions with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., including Director of Membership and Training and International Director of Sigma Leadership Academy, where efforts centered on membership growth and personal development initiatives.
