Eddie Banks-Crosson, M.S. Ed., currently serves as the Director of Student Life for the Wharton MBA Program and the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Pennsylvania, a position held since August 2015. With extensive experience in higher education, Eddie has worked as a facilitator for CAMPUSPEAK since May 2008, focusing on hazing and intake challenges within culturally based fraternities and sororities. Prior roles include Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs at Syracuse University and Assistant Director of Student Life - Greek Life at Jacksonville State University. Eddie holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
