Michael Wappett is a seasoned professional in the real estate and asset management sectors, currently serving as Regional General Manager at Campus Living Villages since July 2019, where leadership focuses on teams in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) industry across Australia. Previously, Michael held various strategic roles at Stockland Retirement Living, including General Manager of Sales and Legal Administration and Head of Asset Management, overseeing the retirement living portfolio. Prior experience includes positions at Lend Lease as General Manager of Retail Operations, and as Divisional Property Manager at AMP Capital, leading shopping centre teams in both Australia and New Zealand. Michael's career began at Westfield as a Centre Manager. Michael earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales between 1989 and 1991.
