Johannes Schnabel currently serves as the Director of Programs at Campus Founders, a role focused on leading the development and execution of high-quality entrepreneurship education and startup programs. Previously, Johannes held key positions at Campus Founders, including Director of Marketing & Communications and Head of Programs, where efforts were concentrated on brand development and program strategy. Experience also includes a Research Assistant role at Technische Universität München, where project management for Extended Realities Laboratory was conducted, and prior technical work at ebm-papst Group and Bosch, emphasizing control theory and vehicle dynamics. Johannes holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, both from Hochschule Esslingen, along with advanced training in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute.
