Lacey Hue Boudreaux, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the AVP of Human Resources at Campus Federal since July 2020. Prior to this role, Lacey held various positions at the LSU Foundation from July 2014 to July 2020, including Associate Director of Human Resources, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and Talent Management Generalist. Lacey began a career in human resources at Dow LA Federal Credit Union as a Human Resources Generalist from April 2013 to July 2014, followed by a role as a Human Resources Analyst at the Department of Natural Resources from June 2011 to April 2013, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Tropicana Entertainment - Belle of Baton Rouge from October 2009 to June 2011. Lacey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Louisiana State University between 2005 and 2009.
