Isabella Bains currently serves as the VISTA Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator at Campus Compact, having started in July 2023. Previously, Isabella was an intern at Global Resilience Partnership, where responsibilities included editing a database focused on enhancing participant resilience in international development programs. Isabella's experience at the University of Arizona includes roles as a Graduate Student Assistant for the Afghan Humanitarian Crisis Initiative and as a Graduate Research Assistant on projects under a USAID grant. Earlier work includes a Program Support Specialist position at Mile High Youth Corps, where recruitment and monitoring program outcomes were key functions, as well as serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco. Isabella holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Middle East and North African studies from the University of Arizona, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Leo University.
